Growing up it was all about enjoyment.  I enjoyed the delectable foods, I enjoyed opening meticulously wrapped dinners and I enjoyed spending time with my family.  As I grew up, however what was enjoyable gradually became more work, more planning and more expenses.  It was tiring and every time a holiday rolled around my responsibilities increased, my time disappeared and I always had to up my workout routine just that much more because of this inexplicable growth around my middle area.

Between Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Years or whatever other holidays you celebrate in between, I’m sure that everyone can relate – it’s stressful!  There’s not a single person I’ve ever met that would say, “Please, no, not some more energy, vitality and fat-burning during the holiday season!
