Rosy Jacob is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that believes strongly in an integrative approach to patient care. She believes all patients should be treated as a whole, so the mind, body and spirit can be addressed.
Rosy has worked in the medical profession for over 20 plus years. She obtained her Master’s Degree specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the State University of New York. She has worked in various clinical and hospital settings including Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, OB/GYN, ICU, Physical Medicine and Rehab, Pain Management and Neurosurgery. Rosy joined Total Med Solutions several years ago with extensive clinical experience in mentoring, providing assistance as a resource person and motivator.
With the evolution of modern medicine, Rosy is also a strong advocate of the exciting field of Aesthetic Medicine. She believes patients not only want to be in good health but they also want to enjoy life to the fullest. Optimal health to minimizing the effects of normal aging along with looking and feeling their best is a large part of the mental and physical health process. Her patients are requesting quick, non-invasive procedures with minor downtime and very little risk. The needle is increasingly replacing the scalpel as medicine evolves.
Rosy is always committed to practicing medicine following evidence based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation and intuition. She is committed to quality of care and open lines of communication between patients and members of the health care team. To create an overall wellness that provides for a proper balance in life.
